How do I place an order?

Add your items to the cart, then follow the checkout steps. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is validated.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Modifications or cancellations must be requested promptly at fakroun.creations@outlook.com. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified.

2. Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days in France, and 4 to 10 business days in Europe.

How do I track my order?

An email containing your tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Contact me at fakroun.creations@outlook.com. I will open an investigation with the carrier.

3. Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of my error or a defective product.

When will I be refunded?

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return, via the same payment method.

4. Products

Are the products handmade?

Yes, each piece is handcrafted. Slight variations in color or texture may exist, which is why each creation is unique.

Are the photos representative of the products?

The photos are faithful to the products, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

5. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payments by credit card via Shopify Payments / Stripe, as well as PayPal.

Is my banking data secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal. I never have access to your banking data.
